🧮Review Automation Engine for Accounting Firms

Turn Finished Returns Into 5-Star Reviews. Make Yours the Practice Clients Find First on Google Maps.

Individual tax returns, quarterly BAS lodgements and year-end financials all finish the same way: a relieved, grateful client who then goes quiet. Revii asks for the Google review at that exact moment by SMS and email, so your online profile finally reflects the volume of work your practice actually gets through.

  • Automated SMS and email review invites triggered the moment a job or lodgement is marked complete
  • Connects to the practice software your firm already runs, including Xero, Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Karbon and FYI
  • Every client gets the same review invite, with a private feedback channel alongside it so partners hear about problems early

Why Google Reviews Decide Which Accountant Gets the Call

Handing over your books, your tax position and your ABN details takes real trust. Before a business owner rings a new accountant or switches firms, they read your Google profile — and compare it to the practice two suburbs over.

92%

Researched Before First Contact

Of consumers read online reviews before choosing a local business — including the business owners and individuals shortlisting a local accountant or registered tax agent.

84%

As Good as a Referral

Of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation, which matters when most accounting work has always been won on word of mouth.

72%

Enquiries Wait for Proof

Of customers won't take action until they read a positive review — so a quiet Google profile keeps prospects browsing instead of booking an initial consultation.

Built for the Way an Accounting Practice Actually Runs

Your accountants shouldn't have to remember to ask for a review while they are chasing signed declarations and missing receipts. Revii runs quietly off the job workflow you already use.

  1. Job and Lodgement Sync

We connect Revii to your practice management and ledger software. When a return is lodged, a BAS job is closed or an invoice is raised, the review sequence starts on its own — no partner sign-off required each time.

  2. A Short, Personalised Invite

The client gets a personalised SMS with a direct link to your Google review box, followed by an email reminder if they don't act. Leaving a review takes under 15 seconds on a phone, and you control the timing so nobody is contacted mid-lodgement.

  3. Responses, Website Proof and Social Content

Revii drafts a reply to every review for your approval, publishes new 5-star ratings to your website, and repurposes the best ones into social posts — so the same client feedback works across your Google Business Profile, your site and your LinkedIn.

We Set Up, Connect and Optimise the Whole Thing for You

Hi, I'm Kara from Revii. After five years working with Australian small businesses, the pattern I see in accounting firms is always the same: clients are genuinely happy with the work, they say so in an email, and it never makes it onto Google. Meanwhile the firm down the road turns up first in the map pack, because someone there remembered to ask.

We do the setup for you on one 20-minute Zoom. I connect your practice software, organise the trigger points across your tax, BAS and advisory jobs, and write the SMS and email wording with you so it sounds like your firm and stays inside your professional obligations. Nothing goes live until you've read it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about setting up automated Google review collection for your accounting practice.

Around 20 minutes on a single Zoom call. We configure your account, connect your practice management or ledger software, set the trigger points for tax, BAS and advisory jobs, and draft your SMS and email templates with you. Most firms are collecting reviews the same week.

Yes. Revii connects to the platforms Australian firms actually run, including Xero, Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Karbon and FYI. If your practice uses something else, we can trigger requests from a completed job, a raised invoice or a simple client list upload instead.

You choose. Most firms send after the job is genuinely finished — the return is lodged, the BAS is submitted, or the year-end pack has been delivered and discussed. You can add a delay of a few days, exclude specific clients or entire client groups, and pause everything during your busiest weeks.

Revii adheres to the Spam Act 2003 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Every message includes an opt-out, and invitations are sent only to your own clients who have received a service from your firm.

The invitation itself contains no client information beyond the recipient's own name and your firm's details, and it goes only to that client. The bigger risk sits in the public reply, so every response Revii drafts is written to thank the client without confirming or discussing their affairs, and nothing is published until you approve it. If your firm holds professional or tax agent registrations, have your standard reply wording reviewed against your confidentiality obligations before you go live.

Everyone is invited to leave a public Google review. We don't screen who gets asked, because doing so would breach Google's review policies. What Revii adds is a private feedback channel alongside the invite, so if a client is unhappy your team is alerted and a partner can pick up the phone rather than finding out from a public review weeks later.

Review count, average rating and how recently reviews were left all feed into how Google ranks local businesses in the map pack. A firm collecting reviews every week across the full year looks far more active to Google than one that collects a handful each October.

Yes. Revii supports multiple locations and multiple Google Business Profiles, so reviews from a client serviced by your Ipswich office go to that listing, and a separately branded bookkeeping or SMSF arm can collect its own reviews under its own profile.

No. Plans run month to month at $179, $299 or $499 with a 14-day free trial, and you can change or cancel at any time. Firms often start on the trial through a quieter month to see the review flow before committing.
