A first-time shopper has never met your team, never seen your warehouse and can't hold the product before they pay, so the only evidence they have is what other customers wrote about you. Revii asks every buyer for a review once their order actually lands, so that evidence keeps building while you get on with packing orders.

Online, trust has to be borrowed from other people. Before a stranger hands over a card number to a store they have never bought from, they go looking for proof that the parcel turns up and the business answers its emails.
92%
Of consumers read online reviews before choosing a local business, and an unfamiliar online store gets read harder than most, because the customer is paying before they see the product.
72%
Of customers won't take action until they read a positive review, which is the quiet reason a full cart still gets abandoned on a store with an empty review profile.
40+
More revenue is earned from businesses with 40+ reviews than competitors, and few online retailers get near that number while review requests are sent manually or not at all.
Nobody in a warehouse is going to hand-write a review request for every order that goes out the door, and a generic post-purchase email blast gets ignored. Revii runs off your real order and ticket data, so the ask lands at the one moment the customer is actually pleased with you.
We connect Revii to your store platform and shipping tool. The sequence triggers off the event you choose, most often delivery confirmation rather than dispatch, so nobody is asked to review a parcel that hasn't arrived yet.
Your customer gets a short, personalised message that names what they ordered, with a direct link to your Google review box. You set the delay, so a mattress gets a fortnight and a phone case gets two days.
New 5-star reviews publish to your site and can be repurposed into social posts and ad creative, the same social proof set-up we run for marketing agencies and other businesses selling to strangers online.
Kara
Founder, Revii
Hi, I'm Kara from Revii. After five years helping Australian businesses sort out their online reputation, the pattern with e-commerce is always the same: thousands of orders shipped, a support inbox full of thank-yous, and a Google profile sitting on eleven reviews from whenever the store launched.
The fix is timing and consistency, not another abandoned post-purchase flow. We handle the connection to your store and shipping platform, decide together which orders should trigger a request and how long to wait, write the SMS and email templates in your brand voice, cap how often a repeat customer can be asked, and route anyone with a problem privately to your support team first. The setup call runs about 20 minutes on Zoom.
Book Your Setup Call With KaraEverything an online store needs to know about automating Google review collection without annoying customers.
About 20 minutes on a Zoom call. We connect your store platform, agree which order events should trigger a request and how long to wait after delivery, and write your SMS and email templates with you. Most stores have invites going out on the next day's deliveries.
Revii works with the platforms Australian retailers actually run, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and Squarespace, alongside shipping tools such as Shippit and Starshipit, helpdesks like Gorgias, Zendesk and Re:amaze, and marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Bring your stack to the setup call and we'll confirm exactly how each piece connects before you switch anything on.
It depends on how you trade. Google Business Profile is built around businesses that have in-person contact with customers, so stores with warehouse pickup, a showroom, a trade counter or local delivery are usually well suited to it. If you have no in-person contact at all, we'll walk through the options on the setup call, including which review surfaces suit an online-only seller, rather than pointing you at a profile you can't hold.
Product reviews sit on a product page and help someone choose between two items in your catalogue. Google reviews sit against your business and help someone decide whether to buy from you at all. They do different jobs, and most stores benefit from both. Revii focuses on the business-level review, so it sits alongside a product review app like Judge.me, Okendo or Yotpo rather than replacing it.
You choose the trigger and the delay. Most stores send after delivery confirmation with a wait long enough for the customer to have used the product. Revii tracks requests per customer rather than per order, and you set the minimum gap between invites, so someone who orders from you monthly is only ever asked once.
We don't recommend it, and Revii isn't set up to do it. Google's policies prohibit incentivised reviews, and the ACCC has been clear that incentives which encourage only positive feedback, or that go undisclosed, can mislead consumers. A well-timed, well-written ask converts better than a bribe and doesn't put your listing or your business at risk.
Two things. You can exclude orders with an open support ticket or an active return so the request never lands at the worst possible moment, and every invite carries a private feedback channel alongside it, so a shopper with a problem can reach your support team directly. Revii can also draft replies to the public reviews you do receive, including the critical ones.
Revii adheres to the Spam Act 2003 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Every message carries an opt-out, and requests only go to your own confirmed customer contacts after an order has been delivered, not to purchased lists or lapsed subscribers.
No lock-in contracts. Plans run month-to-month at $179, $299 or $499 per month, and you start with a free 14-day trial, so you can watch the review count move before you commit to anything.
